Quick answer
ANFAŞ Expo Center is Antalya’s main trade-fair venue, in Aksu on the eastern edge of the city, about 5-10 minutes by road from Antalya Airport. The nearest tram stop is Pınarlı (T1B and T1C lines), roughly 800 m away, and several city buses stop beside or close to the venue. Lara and Kundu are the most practical hotel areas, Kaleiçi is best for evenings, and the hardest part of any fair day is getting back when everyone leaves at once.
ANFAŞ hosts trade fairs all year round: tourism, energy, food, hotel equipment, agriculture, cars, jewellery and more. Whichever event brings you here, the travel questions are the same: how far is it from the airport, can you use the tram, where should you stay and how do you get back after closing time. This guide answers them for any ANFAŞ event. We’re an Antalya-based team, and the public transport details below were checked against the official AntalyaKart route data.

The venue sits just north of the main Antalya-Serik road (D400), between the airport and the town of Aksu. It has around 40,000 m² of indoor exhibition space across four halls, plus outdoor areas, a large conference hall and meeting rooms. When you give an address to a taxi driver or a hotel, use “ANFAŞ Fuar Merkezi, Aksu”: that’s the name locals use.
ANFAŞ, Antalya EXPO and NEST are three different places
ANFAŞ Expo Center is the trade-fair venue covered on this page. Antalya EXPO is the former Expo 2016 park, about 5-6 km further east in Aksu and the main venue area for COP31; it’s the end stop of the T1B tram, which is literally called “Expo”. NEST Congress Center is in Belek, around 30 km from ANFAŞ. Check the venue on your badge or invitation before you book a hotel. For the other two, see our COP31 transport guide and NEST Congress Center guide.
Antalya Airport to ANFAŞ
ANFAŞ is one of the few trade-fair venues in Europe that’s practically next door to an international airport. The venue itself says it’s five minutes away. In practice, allow around 5-10 minutes of driving, plus time for passport control and bags at the airport.
- Taxi: metered yellow taxis wait at the terminal ranks. It’s a short ride, so it’s the simplest option if you’re going straight to the fair with hand luggage. Fares are set by the official tariff, so check the fare board at the rank rather than relying on an old figure online. Our Antalya taxi guide explains how to make sure the meter is running.
- Tram (with one change): there’s no direct airport-to-ANFAŞ tram. Take the T1A from the Havalimanı (airport) stop towards Fatih, get off at Yonca, the next stop, and change to a T1B (to Expo) or T1C (to Aksu) for one stop to Pınarlı. Then walk about 800 m. It’s cheap, but realistic only with light luggage.
- Pre-booked private transfer: a fixed price agreed in advance, a driver waiting when you land and space for display material. Worth it for stand teams, groups and anyone landing on the morning the fair opens.
Antalya Airport has more than one terminal, and international flights don’t all use the same one. If it’s your first time, our Antalya Airport arrivals guide explains where taxis and drivers wait, and the Antalya airport transfers hub compares every route.
Getting to ANFAŞ by Tram and Bus
Antalya’s public transport is a reasonable way to reach ANFAŞ if you’re travelling light. These are the lines that serve the venue, checked against the official AntalyaKart route data in October 2026:
| Line | Route | Where to get off |
|---|---|---|
| T1B tram | Fatih – city centre (Meydan, İsmetpaşa) – Expo | Pınarlı, then about 800 m on foot |
| T1C tram | Fatih – city centre (Meydan, İsmetpaşa) – Aksu | Pınarlı, then about 800 m on foot |
| Bus 527 | Aksu – Kundu (via the Kundu hotel strip on Yaşar Sobutay Bulvarı) | Aksu Atatürk Bulvarı, beside the venue. Only in the Aksu-to-Kundu direction: it doesn’t pass ANFAŞ on the way from Kundu |
| Bus 526 | Aksu – Kepez Belediyesi | Aksu Atatürk Bulvarı, beside the venue |
| Bus 511 | Otogar – city centre – Kundu | Serik Caddesi stops, about 450-500 m away |
| Bus 528 | Aksu – Güzeloba (Lara) | Serik Caddesi stops, about 300 m away |
| Buses AC03, AF04 | Aksu – city (MiniCity / Banio Kavşağı) | Serik Caddesi stops, about 300 m away |
Distances are approximate, measured from the stop to the venue’s map pin. Routes and stops can change during roadworks or big events, so check the AntalyaKart app or the official AntalyaKart route finder on the day.
Paying: trams and city buses use the same single fare: 42 TL with an AntalyaKart or 50 TL with a contactless bank card. Cash isn’t accepted on board. See how to pay for public transport in Antalya for where to buy and top up a card.
Honest verdict: the tram is great value for one person with a laptop bag, especially from the city centre, where you can board at İsmetpaşa or Meydan and ride without changing. It’s less fun with a suitcase, samples or banners, because of the walk at the ANFAŞ end. For more car-free trips around the city, see Antalya without a car.
Getting to ANFAŞ from the Main Hotel Areas
Drive times below are typical outside rush hour. Morning traffic into the city and the evening exodus when a fair closes can add a lot, so build in a buffer on the first day.
From Lara and Kundu
Usually around 15-25 minutes by car or taxi. By public transport, bus 511 runs along the Kundu hotel strip (Yaşar Sobutay Bulvarı) and stops on Serik Caddesi, about 500 m from the venue, in both directions. Bus 527 is useful for the trip back: it leaves from beside ANFAŞ towards Kundu, but it doesn’t pass the venue on its way from Kundu. From the Güzeloba side of Lara, bus 528 is the one to look for. Check which stop is nearest your hotel in the AntalyaKart app.
From the City Centre and Kaleiçi
Usually around 25-40 minutes by road. This is the easiest public-transport route: walk to the İsmetpaşa or Meydan tram stop, take the T1B or T1C to Pınarlı without changing, and walk the last 800 m. Kaleiçi’s lanes are largely closed to cars, so if you book a taxi or transfer, agree a pickup point at the edge of the old town.
From Konyaaltı
Konyaaltı is on the opposite, western side of the city, so it’s the longest daily run: usually around 35-50 minutes by car, more at rush hour. There’s no direct line; you’d get into the centre first and then take the T1B or T1C east. If your fair runs for several days, staying in Konyaaltı makes sense only if you want its beach and seafront in the evenings.
From Belek
Usually around 30-40 minutes by road along the D400. Public transport from Belek’s resort strip isn’t a practical option for a fair day, so plan on a taxi, your event’s shuttle if it has one, or a booked transfer. Belek suits people combining a fair with golf or a resort stay, or attending events at NEST in the same trip.
Where to Stay for an ANFAŞ Fair
| Area | To ANFAŞ* | Public transport | Best for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Airport area | 5-10 min | Limited | One or two nights, early flights | Little to do in the evening |
| Lara & Kundu | 15-25 min | Buses 511, 528 (527 for the return) | Stand teams, big hotels, the usual choice | Some resorts run reduced services off-season |
| City centre & Kaleiçi | 25-40 min | Tram T1B/T1C, no change | Restaurants and evenings on foot | Longer run in rush hour |
| Konyaaltı | 35-50 min | Needs a change | Seafront, longer stays | Furthest city option from ANFAŞ |
| Belek | 30-40 min | Not practical | Golf, resorts, combining with NEST | Resort-based evenings |
*Typical drive times outside rush hour. Leaving ANFAŞ at closing time adds traffic.
If your event has an official hotel list with shuttles, start there: those hotels are on the shuttle loop, which saves you planning every morning. If you’re booking yourself, Lara and Kundu give you the shortest daily run with a real choice of hotels. Getting Back After the Fair
Arriving is easy because visitors trickle in all morning. Leaving is different: when a big fair closes, thousands of people walk out at the same moment, and the taxi queue, the bus stops and the walk to Pınarlı all fill up together. A little planning saves a lot of standing around.
- Leave a little early or a little late. Leaving 20-30 minutes before closing, or staying for a coffee until the first wave has gone, often beats joining the rush.
- Agree a pickup point in advance. If you’ve booked a car, fix the exact gate and a time, and share your live location on WhatsApp. “The main entrance” means different things when several halls are emptying at once.
- Have your hotel’s name and address in writing. Save it exactly as on your booking: several resort brands have sister hotels with similar names in Lara, Kundu and Belek.
- Use the bus stop beside the venue. For Kundu, bus 527 leaves from Aksu Atatürk Bulvarı right next to ANFAŞ, so you don’t have to walk to the tram.
- Flying out the same evening? The airport is close, but security queues aren’t. Bring your luggage in the morning or arrange for your transfer to collect it, and allow plenty of time at the terminal. Our Antalya Airport departures guide and late-flight guide help with timing and bags.

Which Events Are Held at ANFAŞ?
ANFAŞ runs a busy calendar of trade fairs, from tourism and energy to food, hotel equipment and agriculture. When we checked in October 2026, the venue’s calendar listed the Antalya Tourism Fair (26-28 October 2026), EIF Energy Expo (5-7 November 2026), Growtech (24-27 November 2026), EHATECH Expo (17-20 December 2026) and the ANFAŞ Food Product and Hotel Equipment fairs (12-15 January 2027). Dates can change, so always confirm on the official ANFAŞ website. Coming for Growtech? Our Growtech Antalya visitor guide covers the event itself.
📝 A Local’s Note
Say “ANFAŞ” or “ANFAŞ Fuar Merkezi” to taxi drivers, not just “Expo”. In Aksu, “Expo” usually means the old Expo 2016 park, which is also the end of the T1B tram line, several kilometres further east. It’s an easy mistake to make on your first morning, especially as the tram’s destination board says Expo.
If you’re staying in Kundu, bus 527 is the hidden gem of fair week: it stops right beside the venue and runs straight along the hotel strip, so while everyone else queues for a taxi at closing time, you can be on your way back to the hotel.
