COP31 Antalya Airport Transfers & Private Transport

COP31, 9–20 November 2026: private airport transfers, small-team transport and daily cars with driver, quoted in writing for your dates.

🛡️ Operated with our TÜRSAB-licensed partner Sun Global Turizm (A-Group travel agency, licence no. 11308) · Licensed tourism vehicles · Antalya-based team

Independent local service. Not affiliated with the UNFCCC, the COP31 Presidency or its official transport partners.

Airport ↔ hotel (one-way or return), transport for small teams and daily cars with a driver. Tell us what you need and we’ll come back with a written quote. There’s no instant booking and no payment on this website: nothing is confirmed until you accept the quote in writing.

What We Can Arrange for COP31

Antalya Airport to your hotel: one-way or return

A private vehicle from Antalya Airport (AYT) to your hotel or apartment, and back on departure day if you want a return. Send your landing time and terminal if you know it, the exact hotel name and address, and how many people and suitcases are travelling. For the departure leg, we plan the pickup time from your flight time, not from a generic drive estimate.

Small teams and a daily car with driver

Delegations, NGO teams, journalists and business visitors often need more than one airport run: a morning drop-off, a meeting across town, a dinner, a late return. You can ask for a car with a driver for a full or half day, or send us a list of dated journeys. We check what our local transfer partners can cover for those specific days and quote it clearly, journey by journey or as a daily rate.

Hotel to the COP31 venue and back

We can quote hotel-to-venue journeys, but please read this carefully: access roads, drop-off points and vehicle entry around the venue are set by the organisers and security authorities, and they had not been published when we last checked. We will only confirm a drop-off and pickup point once the official arrangements allow it. A private car does not give you accreditation or entry to restricted areas.

The right vehicle for your passengers and luggage

We match the vehicle to your group, not the other way round. Seat count alone is not enough: four people with four large suitcases usually need a minivan rather than a saloon car, and bulky equipment (camera kit, exhibition material) should be declared up front. The vehicle type is written into your quote, subject to availability for your dates.

What to tell us, and why it matters
DetailWhy we need it
PassengersDecides car, minivan or a larger vehicle
Suitcases and equipmentLuggage space often matters more than seats
Exact hotel or address“Lara” or “Belek” covers many kilometres of coast
Dates and timesEvent-week availability has to be checked day by day
Special needsChild seats, step-free access or extra stops must be confirmed before booking

Rest day and free-time tours (15 November and after sessions)

Many delegates have one free day, usually the official rest day on Sunday 15 November, or a morning before their flight home. We can arrange a private car with driver for a half or full day, with a licensed guide on request, so you see the highlights on your own schedule instead of fitting around a coach tour:

  • Perge, Aspendos and Side: Roman ruins and the best-preserved theatre in the Mediterranean, all east of the city on the same side as the venue. A full day.
  • Perge and Kurşunlu Waterfall: both close to the venue in Aksu, an easy half day.
  • Kaleiçi old town and Düden Waterfalls: the old harbour, Hadrian’s Gate and the clifftop falls. Works as a half day or an early-evening outing.

Tell us your free day, hotel and group size, and whether you’d like a licensed guide, and we’ll send a written quote with the route and timings. Ancient sites keep shorter winter hours and it’s dark by about 17:45, so we plan these as morning starts.

How Pricing and the Quote Work

There is no single COP31 transfer price, and we don’t publish one. Prices during the conference depend on demand and on what our partners can commit for those dates, so our normal-season transfer prices do not apply to 9–20 November. Your quote is built from the route and distance, date and time, vehicle size, waiting time and any extra stops.

  1. You send a request on WhatsApp. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
  2. We check availability with our local transfer partners for your exact dates and times.
  3. You get a written quote showing the total price and currency, the vehicle, what is included (for example waiting time, extra stops), the meeting point, and the change, cancellation and payment terms.
  4. You confirm in writing if it suits you. Only then is the transfer booked. If we can’t cover your request, we’ll tell you plainly.

Before you accept any transfer quote, from us or anyone else, check four things: is the price per vehicle or per person, how long the driver waits if your flight is late, what an extra stop costs, and what happens if you cancel.

Free Official Shuttles: Who They Suit

The organisers plan complimentary shuttle services for the conference. According to the official COP31 transportation page, planned routes link official hotels, Antalya Airport and Antalya city centre with the venue, and schedules and route maps will be published closer to the conference. The UNFCCC participant information says shuttle stops will be available only at hotels listed on the official COP31 accommodation platform.

The official shuttle is probably all you need if you are a registered participant staying at a hotel on the official platform, and your daily plan is simply hotel to venue and back within the published hours. It’s free, so check it first.

A private transfer can make sense if your hotel or apartment is not on the shuttle list, you land or leave outside shuttle times, you have meetings or dinners elsewhere, you’re travelling with colleagues and a lot of luggage, or a companion who isn’t attending the conference needs to get around. The organisers also name an official private transport partner (BoB) offering airport and city transfers at preferential rates, so compare that option as well.

Official sources: COP31 transportation · official COP31 transport map · UNFCCC information for participants · official accommodation information. For a full comparison of shuttles, taxis, tram and private cars, see our COP31 Antalya transport guide.

Where the Conference Is (and a Name to Watch)

UNFCCC lists the venue as Antalya EXPO Center, Solak, Alanya Yolu, Serik Caddesi, Aksu, Antalya, the former EXPO 2016 grounds on the Antalya–Alanya road east of the airport. Several places in Antalya use “Expo” in their name, including an older exhibition centre near the airport, so give drivers the official address and use the official transport map rather than a quick map search.

Who We Are

Our transfers and tours are operated together with our TÜRSAB-licensed partner, Sun Global Turizm, an A-Group travel agency registered with the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism (licence no. 11308). TÜRSAB is the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies, and only licensed agencies can legally organise tours and tourist transport in Turkey, using vehicles that carry the agency’s TÜRSAB plate. You can check the licence number on the TÜRSAB website. We answer every request ourselves and you deal with the same person from quote to drop-off.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a licensed operator?
Our transfers and tours are operated with our TÜRSAB-licensed partner, Sun Global Turizm, an A-Group travel agency with licence no. 11308 from the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Vehicles are licensed for tourist transport.

Can you arrange a tour on the 15 November rest day?
Yes. A private car with driver for Perge, Aspendos and Side, Kaleiçi and the waterfalls, or a route of your choice, with a licensed guide on request. Send your date, hotel and group size on WhatsApp for a written quote.

Can I book and pay online?
No. This page collects quote requests only. We reply with a written quote, and the transfer is booked only after you accept it. Payment terms are stated in the quote.

How much is a COP31 airport transfer?
It depends on the route, date, time, vehicle and luggage, and conference-week availability. We don’t quote a fixed price in advance; you get an exact total in your written quote.

Can you book both my arrival and departure transfers?
Yes. Send both your arrival and departure dates and times in your WhatsApp message. Each leg is shown in the quote.

Can our team have a car and driver for the whole day?
You can request one. Tell us the dates, rough hours and number of people. Availability during the conference has to be checked with our partners for each day, so we’ll confirm what we can cover in writing.

Can the driver drop us at the venue entrance?
Only where official access arrangements allow private vehicles. Those rules were not published when this page was last checked. We’ll confirm the actual drop-off point once they are.

Does a private transfer give me access to COP31?
No. Registration, accreditation and access are managed by the UNFCCC and the host country. A transfer is transport only.

Should I use the free official shuttle instead?
If you are a registered participant, your hotel is on the official platform and your schedule fits the published shuttle times, the free shuttle is the obvious first choice. A private transfer is for the journeys it doesn’t cover.

📝 A Local’s Note

Antalya Airport has separate terminal buildings (Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and the domestic terminal), and the airport runs a free shuttle between them. Always send your terminal with your flight number so the driver waits at the right door; if your terminal changes, message the driver rather than walking over yourself.

The World Leaders’ Summit is on 11–12 November. No official road-closure or traffic plan had been published when we checked, so if your flight or first meeting falls on those days, check the current transport announcements before you travel and keep your driver’s number handy.

Official COP31 information (dates, venue address, shuttle and accommodation arrangements) checked on 27 September 2026 against unfccc.int/cop31, unfccc.int/cop31/ifp and cop31.tr. Shuttle schedules, routes and venue vehicle access had not been published at that date; always recheck the official pages before travelling.
