Custom Antalya & Fethiye Tours

Group tours run on someone else’s clock: a fixed pickup time, a bus full of strangers, a schedule that was built for fifty people instead of you. If you would rather have your Antalya (or Antalya-and-Fethiye) holiday planned around your own flights, pace and interests, that is exactly what this page is for.

Antalya Experiences puts together private, day-by-day itineraries for guests coming to the Antalya region, and into Fethiye/Ölüdeniz when a trip covers both. You tell us your dates and what you want to see, we come back with a full day-by-day plan and one clear price, arranged through our TÜRSAB-licensed partner agency, not a random broker. We also run a straightforward private transfer service from Antalya to anywhere in the region, on its own, no full itinerary required.

What “Custom” Actually Means Here

It does not mean an expensive private version of the same bus tour. It means we start from your actual trip, how many days you have, who is travelling with you, what time your flight lands, whether you want ruins or rafting or a slow day on a boat, and build the itinerary around that. Some days will use the same excursions the group tours use (Köprülü Canyon rafting, the Land of Legends, a Jeep safari), just on private transport and your own timing. Other days we design from scratch.

Why Guests Ask for This Instead of Booking Group Tours Themselves

The most common reason is timing. Most group city tours and excursions pick up between 07:00 and 09:00. If your flight lands mid-morning, or you simply do not want a 6 a.m. alarm on holiday, a private itinerary is the only way to actually fit everything in without missing your first day. It also means one point of contact instead of five different booking confirmations, and a plan that already accounts for how long transfers between regions actually take, not just how they look on a map.

How It Works

  1. Tell us your trip. Dates, number of travellers, where you are staying (or planning to), and what you are most interested in: history, adventure, the coast, a mix.
  2. We build the day-by-day plan. Within 24 to 48 hours you get a full itinerary broken down by day, with timings, and one itemised price.
  3. You tell us what to adjust. Swap a day, drop an activity, add one. No obligation until you are happy with it.
  4. We arrange it. Transfers, guides, activity bookings and tickets are handled through our TÜRSAB-licensed partner agency (Licence No. 14813). You book your own flights and hotel, unless you ask us to help with that too.

What a Real Itinerary Looks Like

Every plan is different, but here is a genuine shape a 6-day Antalya-to-Fethiye trip can take, to show what “day-by-day” means in practice rather than just in theory:

Day 1: Private airport pickup in Antalya, straight to your hotel, no early alarm needed.

Day 2: Private city tour: Upper and Lower Düden Waterfalls, Kaleiçi old town, a short boat trip from the old harbour, Hadrian’s Gate.

Day 3: Köprülü Canyon day: rafting, jeep safari or the quad/buggy and zipline combo, whichever suits the group.

Day 4: Private transfer to Fethiye/Ölüdeniz, with a stop at Saklıkent Gorge on the way.

Day 5: Blue Cave and Butterfly Valley boat trip from Ölüdeniz, or a quieter self-timed sea taxi option for the same stops.

Day 6: Private transfer back to Antalya Airport for departure.

What We Arrange, and What You Arrange Yourself

We would rather tell you this upfront than let you find out later. Our agency arranges and takes payment for airport transfers, intercity transfers, licensed guided tours and activity bookings within the Antalya region, and transfers within the Fethiye/Ölüdeniz area. Flights and hotels are booked directly by you, so you keep control of those choices and their cancellation terms. In the Fethiye area specifically, a small number of things (for example, the daily Blue Cave boat trip, a local sea taxi, or the Saklıkent entrance fee) are paid locally and directly, at the same price a local would pay, rather than added to our invoice with a markup. We will always tell you clearly which is which before you commit to anything.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you book flights and hotels too?
Not as a rule. Most guests prefer to book those themselves so they control the cancellation policy and loyalty points. If you would rather we handled everything, ask, and we will let you know if that is possible for your specific trip.

Is this only for Antalya, or can it cover Fethiye and Ölüdeniz too?
Both. A large share of the itineraries we build combine a few days around Antalya with a few days around Fethiye and Ölüdeniz, connected by a private intercity transfer.

Can I book just a private transfer, without a full itinerary?
Yes. We arrange private transfers from Antalya to anywhere on the coast on their own, airport pickups, hotel-to-hotel, or a one-off intercity run, no full day-by-day plan required. Message us on WhatsApp for a quick quote.

How quickly will I get a price?
Within 24 to 48 hours of sending your dates and interests, itemised so you can see exactly what each day costs.

Are you a licensed agency?
Yes. All transfers and activities are arranged through our TÜRSAB-licensed partner agency (Licence No. 14813), not an unlicensed broker.

📝 A Local’s Note

Two things worth knowing before you ask for a quote. First, if your flight lands after about 9 a.m., check the pickup time on any group tour you are considering. Most Antalya city tours leave the meeting point at 07:00, so a late morning arrival on day one usually rules group tours out entirely, private timing is what actually fixes this, not a nicer bus. Second, if part of your trip is around Ölüdeniz, the Blue Cave and Butterfly Valley boat trip is normally paid on the day, locally, even when the rest of your itinerary is arranged and invoiced by us, that is not us cutting corners, it is simply how that particular excursion is sold, and paying it locally means you pay the same price everyone else does.
